How does clauses of mediation settlement to be drawn up?

3.Both parties gives up all rights to further claims, and doesn't pursuing criminal culpability.

4.If vehicles collision cause injury, there would be the crime of injury. Prior to the at-fault driver get into the process of prosecution and trial, that need the complaint of victim. If reach a settlement, at-fault driver would require that the victim give up the right of complaint.
